ok... here it is i really like the texture im using for the side of the pikeaxe's head... and id like to keep it but theres a problem ... how do i keep it while fixing the top and bottem parts?!

If it's like hammer, there's a button, or someway of opening texture properties and how it's aligned. Try that out. Otherwise I'm just full of shit :)

no its not like hammer... u only get to select one side of the models uv's to use... and i either use the left or right... so when it comes to the top part of the model... it just sorta stretchs the hell outa its self just to make it to the other side...

select the faces that are stretched and regroup them. then with them still selected, go to the texture coordinate editor. then select the regrouped part from the drop down menu, click top in the other drop down menu and then click remap

its not only letting me select the top peices :(

thnx man there was a plugin that came with the program that let me do it !!! thnx u!!!! its working now!!!! lol [/excited]

now i have another problem :( it says one of my textures are too big... i checked and made sure theyre all 256 bmp's... and even made some smaller... iv been trying to fix this for about... 3 hrs... cant figure out whats wrong...

well, textures usually have a problem when they are not divisable by 16 OR if they are not even numbered. so I have no idea why it is saying they are too big. Maybe, make the bmp file saved as a 256 colored bmp instead of the default 24-bit.

nice job on the model, would be a good prop... now skin my models

:)

EDIT:
Make the pick go from big and fat to a skinny point at the end. right now you have a big and fat until the last vertex which is a point. if you get what i mean

i foudn out whats wrong its trying to grab a texture that isnt even in the materials list anyone know why?

i fixed it, and its all compiled no worries..
