Just some notes after playing on your server a bit:
Configure your MOTD: (open "c:\hlds\msc\motd.txt" with notepad.)
Votemap system is all but useless without SpawnAnywhere maps (you will spawn in the ground voting for adjacent maps).
Votemap custom map system is uselss without custom maps.
Define the custom maps you have with custommap cvar eg:
custommaps "ww1 unrest pvp_archery pvp_arena unrest2_beta1"
in server.cfg
use custommaps "none" if you don't intend to have any.
You can find all those maps in the custom content section, or listed and linked at my MSC site
If you don't want to use the SpawnAnywhere maps - you should at least update your maps with the legit series - otherwise you can't zone from Deralia to Daragoth (you get kicked) - and the spider queen in Thornlands usually won't spawn. Legit fixes can be found here - but they are also included with the SpawnAnywhere maps, plus a few more.
At least your server runs smoothly - tis nice to have an AMD and a decent ISP.
