Does it works to have MSC on a dedicated server? And It works the same like creating a normal listen server?

dedicated is not like a listen server, the computer running a dedicated server cant see whats going on they can only see the console.
and yes you can use dedicated servers with mscentral most servers do.

You don't need to start MS Central, only the database host needs to worry about that (ie. Fuzzy)

Add the following code to the end of your server.cfg and/or listenserver.cfg in your MSC folder (open them with notepad).

Code:
ms_central_enabled 1
ms_central_addr cboat.mine.nu
ms_central_pass testing

Your server will then be connected to the MS Central database.
