Have an admin_gag function, but it doesn't seem to want to work. Would add an /ignore or vote_gag if it did. Cross-client player indexing sometimes seems a little screwy in this game.

If it's voice, you may be able to click the icon on the scoreboard, if you activate it while inventory is up - if not, yeah, yer down to disabling the voice or text altogether. (voice_enable 0)
