Its $65. which is a perfect amount I'm looking to spend for a one time a year/halloween gear. I have only looked on this one site. If anyone can find something better/cheaper/badasser I'll buy it. HELP ME ITS COMING UP SOON!

its actually a rabbit pelt wrapped around. its what gives the staff +3 enchant. It was from a lvl 47 dark forest haunted rabbit.
The magic in the pelt creates an aurora which drains the mana from nearby enemies.

Sadly, I've enough experience to know that a LARP staff isn't going to have stats that detailed, if any at all. Sometimes they'll put ribbons on them to denote magic or element though. Granted, the LARP'ing I did was with gurlz playing their own variant of MET Vampire: The Masquerade, and it was pretty lucid, since half of them were drunk out of their skulls. ...kinda had to put an end to that the first time someone thought it'd be a brilliant idea to use unloaded guns (real ones) as a role-playing aid.

I also sadly have some experience helping my pagan buddies sell stuff at Ren Fair and Star Fest.

There's an all female group of LARP'ers that keeps showing up at the park near my house. They have all sorts of odd ribbons on their Bokkens and wooden Shinais, so they must have a pretty detailed system going - though they don't dress up much. They look like they're from the local high school, so I suppose they're probably too young to belong to the Shinai club I used to hang out with around here. I'd ask WTF is going on, but that's a can of worms that could lead to my getting arrested.

LARP in local town/city. Can't find that in ye olde Germany, but they have huge cons. Buddies of mine go there on a regular basis, get drunk and smash each other with their latex weapons.

Not exactly my kinda thing, but many girls roleplaying Vampire: The Masquarade seems...interesting...

I just don't get LARPing. Not saying it's stupid, although from an onlooker, it kind of does look like it, but I don't get how you can battle each other and have to yell out stats and stuff. Feel like it would really take away from pretend fighting...

Don't feel embarrassed for liking this shit. If you didn't have an imagination like you do, you wouldn't put so much into this game. So its a good thing that you are nerd.. Now dress up and show it!

As far as the tweenie vamp games outside your house.. Just watch from a far haha.
