There's no second charge for swords which I'm okay with, but it would be nice if martial arts kick was a second charge and first charge was just it's old double damage :|

Actually suggest a second charge rather than bluntly state that you want to see one. I'm quite sure that a number of people have already wanted to see a second charge for swords.

I think the swords second level charge should make the person bleed,doing damage over time, it could do a certain amount of damage based on your sword skill and maybe how powerful the weapon your using is.

I thought of that too but then you'd need a disarming animation and rearming animation for any enemy using a weapon

Not necessarily. It should be fine if just the weapon submodel gets changed momentarily.
