Your agrument is invalid. Whens the last time I made MSC lore? hoftbofh? I only read the summary of the lore then but now I have took the time to read the lanethan and other forms of lore.

It's not the written lore that Thothie is concerned about. Plenty of us have read it and can remember the majority of it with ease. He's more concerned about lore that exists that hasn't been written (or writings that have been lost).

Well as long as you stick within the same world, setting, etc of MSC you can just do your best to make sum up :| I encourage all dedicated MSC players to read the Lanethan (great story) and come up with your own lore ideas. The more story we have to base maps and other things off of the larger MSC will appear.

As I think I've made clear elsewhere, the last thing I want to see is new Lore. We've plenty of lore, too much actually, and as a result it's just kinda all over the place right now. I'd prefer to consolidate and streamline said lore, to give it some constancy, meaning, and theme, and work solely with the interactions of the characters and societies provided therein.

Ive only seen the wiki, the actual Lanethan and history of Daragoth, thats it. Could you PM me all of it (or most of it)?

I didnt read all of this, but I noticed people thinking I created the game. This is NOT the case.

Dogg started this as a pet project back in the day, Lanethan gave it soul.

I got my hands on the Project, originally judt for the dlls, against Lanethans will, to start community events. This pissed Lanethan off, but in the end, I think he came around to forgive me.

I started dabbling into the scriptd, and noticed a few things that seemed obvious to me, like thee flinching animation on bosses or monsters would prevent them from hitting back as long as you didnt midd them.

If I remember correctly, I wanted to take MS further and sort if started an "MS 2" project (basically Ms Remake) And while we lacked a coder, all I could do was script the hell out of what I had. Most of the AI back then was Script related, same as quests.

I couldnt add much, but I used what I had. Eventually I went on holiday for a month, without telling anyone, and someone I worked with had given the project to someone else. Not sure if it was Thothie, but its what sprouted MSRemake to what it is today

So yes, don't give me credit where credit isnt due.

I know Dogg made the Demon Bludgeon model.
But yes, I remember the days of MS 1.3 and Evaan.

I remember J-M's collection of "cheat" maps, I made several myself.
I have a lot of fond memories of those days. So much hope to fight Malgoriand, see the rest of the world, stop the Lost from returning and all that. I miss those days.
