Parrying stuck at 100%, won't go to 28

My parrying is stuck. It won't finish it's level up, anyone know?

I had that from 27 to 28, just keep training.

Yea it does that every parry level past 25 or something. I have 38 parry so don't worry about it stopping .

Did you do 200+ damage before Luke did (11th of February)?

I'm not sure I believe him, I barely hit 200 with 23 blunt and he only has 20

Tis true and I believe it was before then. Thothie said he hit over 200 as well with like 19 blunt but I dont know about that.

It may no longer be entirely dependant on the skill, as I also make over 200 with 19 blunt. Just about all my skills are at 19, so it may also be that Strength or some similar such has become a factor.

I'm way behind all of you though, I can't hardly play on my own server, and it seems rare that I get a chance anywhere else.
