Same as any standard HL game now, I do believe:

...if I could just remember what those ports are other than 27015...

But you don't need to open any odd ports anymore.

nevermind, it's 2700-2730

I'm pretty sure there are some other incredibly wierd ports like 4500.

The three ports I just listed are the only ones you need opened.

I host the Blades of Urdual guild server and I have people there all the time, so yeah, it works.

whoaa, what kinda router you using, looks like your router was made in notepad.

That looks more like a firewall setup screen than anything. If it was a router it should have the local IPs listed there. (ex. 192.168.x.y, y being the computer it's connected to.)

d-link i think... i needed it for wireless connection ... i might be setting it up wrong.

Ceriux, if that's your router control panel, it looks good. However, not only must you open the ports, you must also allow traffic through them by forwarding them through your firewall.
