You can use this for reskinning as well. Note that you CAN rescale the textures without remapping them, provided they are a even ratio of the original.
If you want the world/player model to change as well, you'll have to edit misc/p_misc.mdl as well. I *think* the only source we have for that is a decompile, and the models are so small, skewing isn't a major concern (more to the point, it's archived too deeply for me to bother with at the moment.)
