The official release date is set to the 7th of this month!

I really look foward to it, as AoC was a big mess in general (in my opinion).

Well what do you know they say its close to being finished on the first of Jan but it really takes 2 months? :| My idea of close is 1-5 weeks and also AoC is pretty good except for the lighting of Helms Deep

Ahh, I've been waiting for the release for around a year now :p . Glad to see it's going to be released very soon.

PVK2 Beta 2.0 isn't any fun. I made a couple of test demos on multiple servers, and found out at least fifteen people, on each server, had rapidly changing rates... everybody is using a cheat to make their hitboxes untouchable...

These guys take forever. I check their website on a daily basis, though. I can't wait.

Yeah...I was expecting the release sometime last year.

Cool, alot of new visuals and improvements etc. BUT, it gets really boring and lame after a while. I think it's probably because of some of the under-powered classes. Probably, the Viking classes, I'm not too sure. :(

Is it me or are there alot more servers but alot less players in them? :oldshock: There are 80+ servers but I find a majority of them empty at the moment. Hope it's because of the time I play on them(blasted timezones) than people getting bored of the game too quickly.

The mod is good - not great -yet-

With only two classes right now, there's still some balancing to be done, because everone plays a certain class now, and having too many of them makes things too unbalanced, but as soon there's 3 or 4 classes, things should be way better, like the original PVK.

And I don't find any class under-powered, I find them balanced, except for the Huscarl throwing axes, they have too many at spawn and they hurt too much IMO, but aside from that and some speed issues, it's fine.

I agree about the throwing axes doing alot of damage. >< Yeah, I guess it isn't the classes then, since after trying to play it again I found it to be more fun than the first time. Anyone else care to comment on the game(mod)?

Eh, I find that the Archer is a bit weak, just a tad though. All the new (and old) classes can easily rip through the archer in seconds :S
Can't wait for the next patch (Which will be another year) Man-At-Arms was always my favorite class.

Actually, it should be in a lot less time, the only reason it took so much was because of the combat system re-work, and some weapons are alredy skinned and done for the MaA, Sniper and Spear Viking.
