I just bought an imported CD (Japan), and before I open it and deem it non-returnable...It should work in an American computer or CD player, right? It has the Compact Disc logo on it.

A CD of music? Also, I don't know if it will work, but I would assume that it should work. If there is a problem with it, you can always learn from your mistake. Good luck with this situation.

Yes, a music CD...I'm just being cautious, no need to be reckless if I can wait for some proper verification.

$26 after shipping...Which isn't too bad for an import. (Crescent by Gackt, if you were wondering)

EDIT: It works; CDs do not have the region codes that DVDs have...Sweet.

My information.
Haha, such a shame: I bet once CDs become outdated (since DVDs & blu-ray will take over) you'll find many angering instances in life with region codes & the likes :oldlol:
