All, I was trying to get at, and I think most of the other people were, is that you shouldn't just post whatever you've just worked on. Make sure you've put some time into and think about "Does this look like it would fit with the rest of the MSC style?" or "Will this stand up to the games standards?" or will it make people say "I Want That!". Just make sure it has a certain quality. If you spend 30 secs on something, people will tell you.

Practice, Practice, Practice. Most people just don't pick up something instantly, it take alot of time and hard work to get where they are. Try looking through some of these, they might help out a bit. http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/tutorialspshop.asp

Just thought I'd stop by and ask what is up with the SXbow model? Thought it was more or less done two months ago, but seen hide nor hair of the finished product.

Well, Glorfindel had some issues with his 3dstudio, and the initial set of animations was fuxed up somehow...

ive been more or less putting it off since 3dsmax pissed me off too much, and it would probably only take a few hours to reanimate the thing (yeah aren't I an ass) so i will do it someday this week

be sure to get blasto to delete my character if i dont have it done this week, that might be some motivation

There's still a few we haven't ported over, although none that are really worth the effort, or better than the models you've already made that we've in storage. Mostly just reskins of existing weapons.

And I think a merge of the REQ and Abandoned threads is a must (almost the same thread, but one is not controlled by Thoth)

... Nothing against you stoned but thothie is a bit more organized and ... active.

Eh, I've control of it - I stickied it... Kinda would like to keep [WIP] and [REQ] models seperate, as models in progress most often have nothing to do with the models we actually need.

Dunno how active I'm going to be the next week or two anyways.

Top thread needs updating though. :/

Got more props than we know what to do with... New weapons are always welcome, provided you can at least get them into a viewmodel proper, and they aren't a damned sword. (Got more swords than we could ever hope to use...)

Keep meaning to get that skull mace in game, but FER wants to revamp it, and has yet to do so... Plus we just tossed in a 35 blunt. Smallarms likely next up for the 35 line. Particularly magical looking weapons would be along the lines of what we need at this point, either way, though there's a set of apostle weapon fragments that may fill the spot. The mundane weapon repertoiré is pretty much filled.

Im being lazy right now (not to mention I never tought Thot would hold back a weapon release because or a better model in progress) but also im somewhat clueless about the design of the new mace.

AT MOST the new mace could have 4 skulls, or it could be 1 or 2 skulls with some spikes or something.
If the idea is making it a poison hammer then I could make only 1 big green skull as a flesheater head or something
