request a ban

I want to request a ban to player Naruto (STEAM_0:0:8613180)
Because being annoying:
for an example, he wants everything. In foutoutpost he tried to loot everything, and when someone looted fireball he nagged all the time he wanted it, even though he cant use it (still an adventure too) and alrdy had 2 of them.
He also goes around and thinks he owns the servers, trying to get more ppl to give him stuff, dunno why he need them.
He is just annoying

FN can't ban people for being annoying, but the server owners certainly can! Though, I havent' seen him, so I couldn't say if I'd ban him or not.

In actuality...If he were begging for items on my server, he would be bant...That thar be mah rules.

One of the times i was afk on the last 2 minutes of foutpost naruto wanted my fireball tome that i got out of the artifact chest... I mean coem on... i was the first to get in the chest and it was a TOME of fireball... There was like 5 players on, at least make it something more valuable like lightning storm scroll or chain lightning tome...
