When you first enter Thornlands there's a tree to the right, beside a rock wall. Above that tree is an opening and I can see light coming from it. How do I get up there?
If I were to tell you here, in the forums, my post would get edited/deleted so fast that it wouldn't have any use. Spoilers aren't allowed, so I can't tell you how to get there.
However, I can tell you what you can find there: a dead end with a wall that says "Map by Lord Maz; ubered up by Ewok" or something. In other words, that room is the area with the credits and it has nothing of interest.
Ah, okay. I wasn't aware that spoilers weren't allowed to be posted here.
Thanks for the info.
Er, if I could get one more question answered. I've been leveling in Thornlands, and haven't gone past there yet. I can't get through the spider caves there, because I die very quickly. What level would you recommend going through the spider caves?
I honestly don't know, sorry, because it was a long time ago for me when I was still too weak to go in there. I can recommend you just keep killing rats, boars, bats, bears and maybe a few orcs and skeletons (all found in the Thornlands) before you go to the spider cave.
Should probably have about 50hp before you start venturing in there, and over 100 before you venture too deep. (ie. spider queen) - Backup not withstanding.
Ye can venture over to Edana Sewers if you get sick of Thornlands meantime. If yer feeling brave, Heras, Sfor, Island1, also have some relatively safe hunting areas in them too - although you gotta be careful where you travel on those.
You and your damn spiders. I was going to use that radioactive waste to power my heating in the winter. Now I'm stuck with burning fossil fuels in huge quantities.
Daragoth doesn't suffer from Global Warming, right?
the spiders were actually conceived from the feces of a mighty viking who hath slain many pirates and knights fulfilled his promise to his fallen foes "I shall feast on your bones!"
And to become strong enough to venture to the spider caves I recommend picking up a new weapon and using it on the enemies that you usually "ONE SHOT" (i.e. Kill the rats/boars with your fists or a weapon you aren't as proficient in)
Magic is useless until you have the enough wisdom to sustain it. (i.e. Upped Parry levels and mana reserves)
