Skycastle broken transition

Every time I try to transition to skycastle from lostcastle it goes black when I connect and tells me I have to go through lostcastle again.
Im by myself too when this happens...

The fix is to touch/stand in the transition in lostcastle that leads to skycastle and votemap to skycastle from there, at least this is what people were saying to fix the problem and manage to get into skycastle.
