i like that, but i also like the one that just had the display of how much xp you needed...either way is fine by me.

My alternative format, now that it seems to be working...

...I r seriously thinking - just drop the XP readout and instead carry out the % more decimals. Maybe give the XP readout in console on command, if at all possible.

...Dislike. I much prefer the "XP Left" deal, and it takes up less space. If necessary, you CAN extend the length of that box ;-)

I may just go with that, although I still think I'd rather just dump the XP.

Meh... It's still buggy - the display is right, but it doesn't update when I kill a monster - I have to reset the map or spawn again before I see my XP change. :/

Well, if ye be sending out the source updates, I'll see if I can figure out what's going on ;-) It may just need a pair of fresh eyes.

Hmmm... Well, it's only the case if the skill is over 25. Something about Shuri's fix only does something at 25+, so I suspect it be related.

There's not much time left - if you were on the IM, I could send ya some.

Erm... Send me your msmonsterserver file. Maybe its the way you added the if for players, since thats the only thing that differs between ours as far as the learnskill function goes. Just tested mine and it updates fine on kills.

Closer to Shuri's original vision. Plus it seems to be working right now (adding XP regardless of level) thanks to MiB.

Carring out the % to like 10 digits looks pretty nasty too, so I guess we'll just go with this. :/

Time to make a cvar I have - time to test if all the displays various display options work right, I'm not sure about.

I suspect you'll be asleep before I get a changelog up. I wasted time testing Barnum's map to figure treasure layout (turned out to be no good as it isn't actually finished yet) - I'm about to do the same for Dridje's new map - which really screams for some new lightning items, so I'll have to make those... Then I'm going to setup a multiplayer LAN with my laptops in an attempt to fix the artifact chest. Add two more monsters, and uber placeholders for the last of Crow's scripts... Then put the whole thing together in a betapack, and THEN maybe I can have a changelog up. ;)

Extended percentage seems pointless, really, and just looks like someone didn't bother to round up.
But the other examples look good.
