I suppose that could happen, in times when Order was staggeringly powerful and needed discipline of the sorts... also during times of perfect Balance when Order & Chaos is equalized, in some manner

Nahh Sabre, you've just gotta have a decent character (level 10+) IMO, even though I don't have final say on this (in that matter, I doubt my say is of power at all)...

My reasoning to a character level requirement is that you've been playing MSC for awhile, so I figured you should have a basic character.
