So, what's all this about a new Blades of Urdual ranking system?

We are working on the biggest, most advanced, and most awesome ranking system ever.

There will be six groups (names of groups won't be made public just now) and every group will have ten ranks.
The duration of your membership and your activity in-game will determine in which group you end up. The higher better. Basically, all the die-hard Blades will be in higher groups (such as group 2 and 3, maybe even some in group 4) and all the new recruits will end in the first group. The groups will basically show who has been around the longest.
Your rank inside the group will be determined by your level. Every group will have ranks for:
[unknown level]
level 1 - 5
level 6 - 10
level 11 - 15
level 16 - 20
level 21 - 25
level 26 - 30
level 31 - 35
level 36 - 40
level 41 - 45

The emphasis will still be on how long you've been a Blade and how active you are, but the level-based ranks might be an incentive for Blades to level up.

The big challenge here is finding cool-sounding names for 60 ranks (six groups with each ten ranks) but once that's out of the way, we'll have the most awesome ranking system 3v4r!!!1!

Homestar's always talking about how he's low leveled, and he's said that the new system is going to effect him lots (seeing as he barely plays in-game, even though being with the guild for a long time). So, if he wants help levelling to be higher up in ranks, I'll help him. O:

One of the biggest updates to the guild, ever, is now complete!
The new ranking system is a fact.

We went from zero ranks (very, very long ago) to five ranks, to 60 ranks. Visit the first post for all the information about the Blades of Urdual you'll ever need to know (don't visit the Freewebs site now; it's not yet updated, will do so tomorrow >_>)

I don't think you would, because 733*0.005+390*0.01+39*0.0375+0.8375=9.865 and that would be rank 9

And I forgot to mention in the first post (updating now): Tentadrilus helped me with the vast majority of the names for the ranks and the placement of those and Jelly helped me with the majority of the rank number calculation.

Neutrality is a great rule it gives you fully rights for decisions. I always keep it in mind.

I try to play about 2-3 times a week. Study/work hard and not always have free evenings. Never stealed anything, never discriminating anyone and never cheated. Agree for other rules.

Must have a forum account.
