Examples of what I don't do:
"Oh my god, you're a level six newb. Get out of here, you're way too weak."
"Stop ****ing feeding the ****ing boss, god ****ing damn it!"
"You suck, get out of this map."
Examples of what I do:
"Hello [X], this is the second hardest map in the game. You can stay here, of course, but I don't think you'll enjoy yourself, because the monsters in here are very strong."
"Hello [X], this map is probably too hard for you (no offense). May I recommend that you train in edana or thornlands? You may stay here though, of course."
However, I do tell people who aren't in the level/HP range of a map that they don't deserve rares from said map
And the more annoying the person (BananaSteak), the more bluntly I put this.
I have never, ever told people to get out because they're too weak. Sure, I do recommend easier maps, but I always do so in a friendly manner.The Man In Black said:

Swannnnnnng!!!! oops, wrong subject, uhh, lets see, BoU, I will be absent from the game (any game) from now, til march 6th
the reason is Saturday February 23 is a Military Dance, and I am spending today (Friday) and Tomorrow preparing for the Evening, after that, Sunday I may get a little bit of playing time, but not too much, from there on in to march 5th, which is an AMI for my NJROTC Unit, we will be Preparing ALL week, a pain in the ass it will be, but really needed, Saturday is when the AMI (Areas manager inspection) will be taking place, which will be a 4 hour event (pain in the arse) Sunday I will return to the game regularly.
Any questions regarding this or comments please let me know in a PM, if there are any problems with this, or if it'll affect my trial membership or going to full BoU, please let me know asap. As much as I would like to put it off until some further time, which I actually Don't since it'll help me get my drilling hammered out perfectly, I cannot change my schedule, it is all mandatory.

Flynn: Will there be a grog bowl? Usually at military balls/dances there is one. I was never in ROTC so I don't know if they have one. Obviously it wouldn't be alcoholic if the majority of attendees are under-aged, but you can have a symbolic non-alcoholic one for tradition purposes. Preparing for them might be a pain in the ass, but I am sure you will eventually have a fun time. The last two units I was in always had one in the shape of a toilet, with all kinds of stuff that will mess you up mixed in. Plenty of people got shit-faced.

its not a college ROTC unit, its a high school JROTC unit so doubt it xD there is bound to be around 400 cadets, and somewhere from 10-50 adults
so it should be fun, I'd bring the camera, but its not authorized., anyways gotta go, see ya
