Ya I gave the dude an apple and i got the letter but when i type "hail" he doesn't respond...i tried all the talkin modes........

Also, you shouldn't give the letter to the same guy you gave the apple to. Give it to the captain of the guard who is by the exit to Edana.

you say "hail" and then say "no" when he asks if you're from the guild. The letter's in his chest.... should search the forums next time

and push the button "u" until u change the speak mode to i think just talk or somethin.. where his mouth is open but there arent thingies comin out. thingies comin outta mouth mean shout so change the speak mode until there is nothin comin out of the guys mouth, "Then" say "hail"

When i went to the mayors Cheast there was only an apple in it. But i asked a guy on how to get him caught and he said there is a paper in the cheast. So when i tried it wasent there. I had him giv it to me so i guessed it worked out but does that error happen to you guys?
