I am never going to trade away my Torkalath blade because it is a symbol of pure and vast L337ness.

I was thinking of trading away my Torkalath, but J-M has surely opened my eyes with this sentence but anyways torkie is just for show now I guess... and I remember back in the days when it used to be "zomg da best 1337 sword", torkie just got history, but a damage boost wouldn't hurt anybody

Actually, I found out the Torkalath Blade is still very useful. It attacks quite fast, for a sword, and does *so-so* damage against almost everything, and some things (like trolls) it'll do pretty good damage against, even. Combine that with demon blood, and it is just nuts. Best way to level up swordsmanship fast is by combining demon blood+torkalath blade.

Idk, with the fix to xp passing I don't think demon blood gives XP for its damage anymore.

Demonblood was applyeffect damage - it never gave XP for its damage.

With the recent modifications (DEC2007+), it *might* give XP for the active weapon, but no promises.
