Unique Items

I don't necessarily know if this is true. I have never seen one noob (barring alts) walking around with HotD or Freezing Sphere Scroll. Sure, they all have every item of moderate rarity, but the truly rare stuff seems out of the reach.

I think twinking was a much greater issue before you (or even I) started playing MS:C.

At least, that's what digging up old posts seems to show.

The players who were twinked are long gone now, though.

when person with no BD goes to shad palace runeghar could be missing, as was originally planed if i recall.

This is actually the case already, if no one on the map has a BD. It'll just be Thuldahr there, and he won't be happy.

...Not that said scenerio is very damned likely to happen.

Nothing unique about em. Rare or difficult to get in some cases, but unless you have some inside info I am not privy to, no uniques.
