When I first acquired an Urdulian Shield, I was around 500 or so HP, and would use it constantly in melee fights while leveling, since the hindrance of the movement speed never really applied. As I've leveled up, the Urdulian Shield has become more of a back decoration than anything, as the penalty to movement while it's held gets you killed in any of the higher level maps.
I propose an idea to alleviate this...
As with AoB, gold armor, etc., there's a strength par put on them. If it's not met, the character is slowed. Once it's reached, the slow is removed. Could we have a 50 strength par on the Urdulian Shield to remove the speed penalty? Thus allowing a good shield to be used at higher levels, and keeping the "weaker" low-levels slowed with it.
