This is a bug. However, there's one way around it. Hold a two-handed weapon in your hands, like a bow or something (but NOT two one-handed weapons) and then pick up the arrows. Because they can't go "into" your hands (they're holding the two-handed weapon) they go straight into your sack / backpack / quiver.
I cant pick up the fire arrows i try to click it when i have all hands full (with bow or weapon and torch) . And i level up my parry to 35 in proficiency, this is the max level?
