On first impression, the knife looks like a key of some sort. Something you obtain so you can place it into a stone, to open a wall/gate or something.

You must get this key dagger to open the gates for lodgiananadsbn 3!

I changed the handle, it's a blue hue, and there's also some other things I did to it. Ideally it'll be on some hands soon.

It looks like the screen of an oscilloscope.

There may be a reason for it though. If there is a reason for it then by all means keep it, but to those of us who are clueless it just looks kind of silly.
