This thread is in dedication to all those that cheat and exploit, yes thats right you may now seal away your fate in everyones favorite color RED!

[How it works]
What I will do:
I will check chat logs and the sorts from not only my server, but anyones. Failure to comply with my request may lead to punishment, its only a chat log there should be no reason not to hand it over.
UPDATE: If you advertise/help other to cheat, you too will be banned.

What you can do:
In order to pin someone with using the exploit I need to see proof, I will only punish if I believe that there is enough proof to warrant the punishment and how severe it will be.

1st strike - 2 month roll back on your character(s)

2nd strike - character(s) get deleted

3rd strike - your out, characters permanently deleted

the punishment ramps fast and it does so for a very good reason.

every strike will stay on record so we know that you have done something wrong. If at anytime you want to clean your record you may.

The price is US $10, the price of a new steam account ID from steam. You will donate this money to the MS:C development team and then send me the receipt.

You may have been bad in the past but this way you can redeem yourself.

Hopefully you will never see this thread update again, but for now I will be using very harsh guide lines, if your character has been rolled back its because I either found proof or someone gave me the proof.

so play nice, don't exploit and we shouldn't have any more issues.

Reason: Lots of evidence supporting the aiding and using of exploits.

The exploit we're talking about is nothing you can be lured into. It only requires one person to do it, and all the actions required for this exploit must be done by this one person and this one person only.

I wish I knew what this "mega-exploit" was. We generally just deleted characters for exploits that are less than "mega"

while deleting a character is effective, it will also chase away people from the mod.

on the other hand, it is the number 1 most effective way to prevent this kind of thing from happening.

here is an idea a three strikes your out deal, shouldn't be hard to keep a ticker going and will help maintain order and show us the real trouble makers in the game, hopefully help us chase off people like korkis.

1st strike - 2 month roll back

after the third strike you are no longer able to play MS:C anyone dumb enough to go that far anyway doesn't need to be playing. However just for fun how about this.

You may redeem yourself and get a clean record if you donate $10 to the MS:C mod (the same price for getting a new steam ID). This way the person could continue to play the mod even after the third strike but has helped the mod in a rather big way.

I was just in-game with my second character again, and there was DARK_DOOM with a phoenix armor.

So I asked how he got it, and he said he traded it for a raven mace with... Cooper.
I screened the whole conversation and I will post it incase people don't believe me.

ok first pottymouth had shown us it then gave a copy or orion and nova to cooper then cooper gave it to me because he thought it was cool then gave me a copy of a tork and some other **** i only gave him a phenix + yes i did use the glitch a couple of times but i stopped a while ago because of what people have been saying about char deletion and all that **** but cooper has been copying things trying to do it continuasly without anyone knowing. so: blame potty for showing me and cooper the dupe glitch blame cooper for using it way to much and blame me for using it to get some items i didnt have <period> i am very sorry i used the glitch and i do regret some things... mostly things iv done that dont include MS:C... good day to you sirs

@Blasto: D.Drew was banned? I never knew that. Must be why i havent seen him on for a long time. But there was no way in hell i knew that he was an exploiter. All i remember is playing the_keep with with him, and hed always tell me to stay out, and once he was done he gave me an Orion bow, then we replayed the map a few times and got me the Nova blade. Had i've known that he had been using exploits, i wouldnt have accepted the items, knowing that i would have probably gotten banned. I am willing to give up those items if you wish.

megatracker, however has accused me of telling him an exploit which i can 100% confirm that it isnt true. First of all because i have not used ANY exploits what so ever in my whole MSC playing time. Second of all, he has no proof that i said anything, clearly because i havent.

Although, i dont find it fair how i am accused without proof. But imo its the same thing as saying that i could easily make a convincing paragraph stating as to why *PERSON* should be banned because of exploiting when that person hasnt.

Though there was one event where i created my own server and some people came in to help me on the_keep. megatracker being one of them kept shouting "I CALL NOVA BLADE!". I then proceeded to say "stop being so greedy, were gonna roll for the chest". He told me to "fuck off" and then i kicked him because of obvious reasons. He rejoined and kept spamming the chat log with random letters and so i banned him from my server.

Im not sure if he has hated me since, hence mentioned my name as the person who taught him an exploit.

While I still am not fully convinced, I can see mega throwing a shitfit when denied his callings, and I have seen him leave in some of these instances...You're gonna need hard evidence to clear yer name.

@Sabre: I wish i had some evidence. When this event happened, i was using an older computer and unfortunately my video card overheated and stopped working. I just bought a new computer because most of the parts were crap.
