yarp, I agree with it being in MA... like claws, katars are a direct extension of your arms... If you can dodge a bullet, you can dodge a ball. If you can punch calrian in the face, you can stab him with a katar/claw.

I agree, it should really be martial arts. But you could also a smallarms-version of it, though that is actually a bit stupid.

They are punching daggers, so maybe MA or SA.

I would say SA because second charge=awesome stabbing.
