Yes, it is common knowlede to most players, or should be by this point. Since he was taken out of the game, they made him invincible so he couldn't be fought for experience nor items within cheat maps. Which, is quite genuis. Though the community wasn't supposed to have the fgd anyway, so I'm not really sure why this was thought upon to be implemented in the first place.



My question is, will Undamael make a return in 1.4? This may have been answered, but I really can't be arsed to search.

Hmmm, I figured half of this community was around eleven or younger. Can't bloody comprehend half of what you youngins (Is that a word?) type these days.



Of course, I'm just spoiled by my other communities where people are shunned if they don't type half coherently. That alone is the reason I havn't bothered with these boards much. I can count the number of people that I would consider intelligent by the way they post on one hand.



No disrespect meant to the community as a whole in anyway, just would be nice to have some decent posts to read every once in awhile.



I am aware that some of you are foreign with English as a second language, but Jm is, and look at his posts. He's quite a good linguist if I do say so myself.

It was a bit of an exageration, and I was more talking of the frequent posters. Many which you listed, only post once in a great while. The vast majority of this community should be ashamed. Also I didn't say it was just because they could type coherently and use proper grammar. It's also the content of the post.

Most on these forums are older. Though, the ones born in England, America, or any other country that speaks fluent English can damn well spend a few extra minutes when they type something so I don't cringe when I read their posts. As I've said before, being foreign is one of the few excuses I find acceptable for not having a decent English vocabulary and coherent typing. But of course, I know plenty of people who are foreign within many of the other communities in which I am a part of and they speak and type better English than most Americans do.

I used to type pretty badly. I try to go out of my way to check my grammar before posting, but when I'm playing Half-Life I'll bust out the "LOL" and "xD!" "U","R" etc etc. In-game is an excuse as well, who has time to type correctly when they're in an intense life or death, kill or be killed battle with a SQUEALING PICKLE OF DOOOOOM!

I always try to use proper grammar, even in-game... as it takes about 4 seconds longer for me to type, at most, especially considering most of my messages never exceed the maximum length for a half-life chat line (in-game, of course)
