So a few days back, halfway through phlames, door doesn't open. Then it happens in phobia.. And now.. now on shad_palace right before the boss!11 I slaughter mercilessly every orc and creature that gets in my way to only be stopped by a damn door? JESUS CHRIST

Some maps are a bit buggered due to the proper mobs not showing up to be slain so you can continue. Already have a solution, just had hoped to fix/add a few more things before putting out a minor patch.
