Well if megatracker is going down then Cooper should go down with him.

Cooper got all his items from mega and he obviously knows how he got them whether he tries to hide it or not.

EDIT: I would like to add that it would require megatracker to have acquired THREE orion bows to be able to trade one for phoenix, give one to Cooper and have another to use (although I'm not 100% sure he still has one left over, but I'm about 90% on that). What would be really funny is if it ends up to be Cooper thats blackmailing him.[/b]

while it does prove some things, it doesn't really prove cooper is guilty of actually performing the task.

However this does mean he is running a very thin line from being safe to exploiter status.

Well I don't think anybody likes either of them whether its exploiting, chest humping, item looting or just being annoying in general so lets try to get some steamids for optional server bans at a minimum.

Blasto, he willingly accepted items that he knew to be copied. He did not report that Mega was using the glitch, or at the very least, throw away the items that were copied. The way I see it, there are 2 options here.

Go easy on him: Tell him to dump all items that were duplicated (you can verify with backups), and his character will be fine. Failure to do so results in the first punishment of your list. If he SAYS he did it, but you can prove otherwise, the second punishment would be in order.

Go hard on him: For the reasons above, he's just as guilty of using the exploit, though not DIRECTLY using it. I suppose you could call it aiding and abbeding an exploiter. Treat him just like all of the other exploiters.

EDIT: I hadn't actually seen the pic until now, it didn't load the first time. I expected it to be a little bit more.. condemning than that.. Whatever, your choice, Blasto.

Aye... the picture isn't proof it just arouses suspicion, but IMO it makes him look pretty guilty and you have to talk to the guy yourself.

ok first pottymouth had shown us it then gave a copy or orion and nova to cooper then cooper gave it to me because he thought it was cool then gave me a copy of a tork and some other shit i only gave him a phenix + yes i did use the glitch a couple of times but i stopped a while ago because of what people have been saying about char deletion and all that shit but cooper has been copying things trying to do it continuasly without anyone knowing. so: blame potty for showing me and cooper the dupe glitch blame cooper for using it way to much and blame me for using it to get some items i didnt have <period> i am very sorry i used the glitch and i do regret some things... mostly things iv done that dont include MS:C... good day to you sirs

I was always wary of pottymouth when he had orion and nova the day after keep came out, I think D.Drew might have had something to do with that because Potty said D.Drew gave them to him. So it might all start there, but for now lets rid ourselves of this plague that has been stirring up the game for the last few weeks.

well megatracker, it won't change your status as an exploiter, but if you stand by your word, I may also have to flag cooper as an exploiter.

I don't really want to admit it but he does seem like the kid who would do such a thing,(I talk with him on a semi-regular basis) most likely thinking it would be safe to do... sigh, when will these kids learn.

cooper shall be added to the exploiter list later for now me needs the sleep.

I'll throw pottymouth into the mix to show that I really mean business here. I will not take lightly to anyone who uses the exploit. Unless of course they are willing to admit it, in that case I will gladly go easier on them. Assuming of course I don't find out about it first, defeats the purpose if I find out and then you admit it.

For me, I will also be leaving GoW, due to how the members treat each other and give threats about something they have never done. (Can't you feel the love? ) With several other reasons too. I wish the rest of you in GoW good luck, but I hope I can find a better home under the roof of some other guild. Sorry =\

Just for the record: in the past few days I was in-game with a different character a few times (which has a different name) and I saw both megatracker and Cooper in-game, and both of them have an orion bow.

Damn, megatracker, I can't believe that you're such a dumbass, posting in the forums that you actually did exploit. You need brain age.

And all these morons using [the mega exploit], or at least two of them, really confirm the GoW-is-a-cheaters-guild stereotype.

I was just in-game with my second character again, and there was DARK_DOOM with a phoenix armor.

So I asked how he got it, and he said he traded it for a raven mace with... Cooper.
I screened the whole conversation and I will post it incase people don't believe me.
