...Wow. If you seriously think that you need some powerful internet speed to click the 'edit' button and later click the 'submit' button, you have problems. See, the problem is "downloading" and "uploading", not the actual editting. And once you actually get to the editting part, you can click 'submit' and walk away from the computer. You don't need the internet at ALL to do the editting.
