HELP PLEASE

I need help with model! I have it modeled and all but when ceriux tries to skin it, it gets all messed up, here is what happenes:



I dont know what to do!!

I have 4 different parts "skinned". i have the blade, top of the handle, middle and bottom all skinned with seperate .bmp files.

help pleeeease

it is weird i tryed to texture it with some test textures to see how tehy apply and its all fucked up ne one willing to give some help?

I was hoping, if all goes well, that this could either be 1 of 2 things...

1. a new weapon for MSC. maybe after you beat the fire djinn then you get this..... VERY RARELY though.

or

2. could be a new model for the torkalath

ceriux I redid the smooth groups and sent the model to you. so it should be good

Needs more firey effect for 1 and needs to be more evil for 2.
