Air armor would be lightning armor, I assume... Earth armor could be armor of stone, or whatnot... Water armor, I assume, would be Ice Armor... We kinda already have an anti-poison armor (Salamander Armor) - darn our weird element system... Not sure what to make all this stuff do, although the fire and ice armor are pretty obvious.

Orochi's given us a cloak of sorts that could use some reskins for various effects, but I've not implemented its latest incarnation yet. We'll have to see what ya guys think of it (it, kinda looks like Vash the Stampeed's coat).

Just, well, "air armor" sounds a bit like the emperor's clothing, while lightning armor sounds a bit more feasible. ;)

It can have a chance of knocking back enemies with a tidal wave, or you could make it so you don't drown...You could have a level that is 80% underwater perhaps...Just gotta think outside the box :wink:

Sadly, we've been over that already, I've no way to flag you undrownable or counter the drown damage, atm.

That one doesn't look drastically different from Knights Armor to really catch my interest though.

I might be able to rig armor that has a chance to make attacking enemies bounce back, but tidal wave is out of the question without a new model... Also, I suspect you would find such an effect more annoying than useful much of the time. ;)

How about trying to make somesort of different kind of water, sorta like area damage, and wearing water armor bypasses that damage.

Or it could make you swim faster, and ice attacks give you ice shield for a moment

readd the entitity from halflife 1 that allowed you to refill your breath

I've a script for lightning gauntlets - but no model. Same with the assasins gauntlets. Both could be done via reskin, although I'd really like those needle-spikes stuck on.

We also have a "lightning rod" model from Vomica, but it just looks damned awful in the MS 1.35 hands (scale is way off) - should be in there under weapons/staffs or some such:

I dunno if that screams "lightning" so much as "beam me up scotty"... ;) Some of the models in this package are so outragious I've no clue what to do with them. ;)

Oh my god. Please change "Cosmo Sword" to "God's favorite staff" and have it summon large bolts of lightning down on a small group of targets. And two handed ftw.

There's a player property pev->air_finished I maybe able to do something with... Right now, still working on bandit boss and related new spell/abilities, then Crow's scripts, so probably not this month.
