back to LUA coding please

on those forums I posted earlier (http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/)
there is an inventory system already made and most of the SEnt(scripted entities)/SWeps (scripted weapons) we would request would make the LUA coders laugh in our faces because what they call a simple thing to code would be a flamethower (easily converted into a flame spell) and they already have swords, we would challenge them with npc's but there is already a script for that too

as you can see I have been on the garry's mod forums too much in my past

Wouldn't this mean that FN had to check every new server's last piece of LUA code to make sure none has changed it into something more profitable? Sounds like FN:S is going to have quite a hard time if the server list grows to big. This check would probably be required every time the map is changed or server is started/restarted, I guess.

Or I'm all wrong. Perhaps you could use some hash checking or something.

Could someone not program a server mod plugin dll that does this check, and some other important stuff? The fn would simply check the dll, as it should in either case.
MS:S seems like it hasn't gotten anywhere in ages, and at the rate it's going, it probobly never will. At least with lua, something is going to get done, and at a good pace. Open source ftw

My servers have a problem with spawnanywhere. The kind of problem where it seems to not use it. I can only play on Edana.[/offtopic]
