I'm gonna go ahead and say no, since you seem to know a lot about "putting AMXMODX and GOD mode" on a server.

To be honest, my friend did that once. he leveled Axe up at daragoth. And to be honester ...
I leveled up 1 level at Swordsmanship(but gained no HP lol)

So shut the fuck up.

Okay, he wants to spend time ALONE on a PRIVATE server. Think of it this way, the more time he spends alone in his private server, the less time he spends on other servers bugging the hell out of people. I am completely for him getting the [FN] password.

Hrm, I still think anyone with an ADMITTED history of cheating (even if was only one level for a minute) should not get the password.

Tempted to send it to him myself, but I should let Blasto auth that sort of thing... Although ye shouldn't be testing thy map on FN - the Alpha SC.DLL it requires may cause fubars.

I have an extra computer that sits around most of the day now that my brother has a job.

Also, I followed yur guide to setting up a deticated server, but I don't understand how to actually get it up and running. Do I just turn on the retarter and it starts the server? Or do I have to start the server and then turn on the restarter?

Restarter launches the server, if you have the command line set up correctly. Theres a button to launch the server on the restarter.

I'm requesting an [fn] password. Right now there are 3 servers... 1 is passworded another has low level players and the one I'm trying to play on is lagging to hell. I'd say I'm trust worthy, I've done a lot for the hl community > http://rickler.net/index.php?show=maps

I always have my PC on, it's a dual core w/ 4gb of memory. If I did make a server the only time I would take it down was if I needed to BT something. 3000/768kbps connection.

Wow a mapper . Would you be interested in mapping for MS:C?
I understand your desire for the FN password since I've never saw so few servers running, but you'll need to get yourself known around the cummunity and to get some known people vouching for you.
Of course, working on some maps would help :roll:.
And a nice server like yours would be more than welcome!

Yes you have done a lot for the HL community assuming you are who you say you are. Your work on the Mecklenburg I must thank you, I had lots of fun playing that map and making my custom server with it, and at the time it was very difficult and all attempts I made to get a hold of the map where promptly shutdown by either banning or kicking, but thats neither here nor there anymore.

So, simple as this just like everyone else post a bit more, get a bit more involved with this community. In the end I am going to make you burn some time, I make everyone burn some time. After all if I give you this password I would expect you to stick around for a while.

Thothie you can't go and undermine me, everyone gets treated the same here. I will have no favorites.

Besides, if you go and do that it won't be in my FN password list excel file, where I keep tabs on everyone who has the password.
