I'm not sure if my last post was asking for a password since it was kind of a question about the password, so if I have i'll just -snip- this post. Can I have password please?

Looking at your join date, and some other things I can't say I would be willing to give you access to the password at this time. I want to see more in your posts instead of just, "ok" and "thanks" which seem to consume a lot of your post count. I need to know you before I can trust you.

id like to get [fn] password to be able to create a listen server so im not forced to block strong servers for leveling and to have an alternative if all servers are full and i want to play with some guild mates and or other friends
when i manage to fix my file servers os i want to setup a permanent server too

He was in the Blades of Urdual for about three days, then he left and made a ripoff guild called "Knights of Chaos", which was actually supposed to be a Balance guild. This guild died after a week or so.
But meh, me disliking Lotusrako isn't a reason for him not to get the [FN] password I guess.

I'd like to request a password to host a central server. Servers have been way too populated lately, (although this is a good thing), it's impossible to efficiently gain decent exp with three or so other people in the server. I'm trying to figure out how to make it a dedicated server, but I can't seem to access that information.

I've been reading through some of the posts, and noticed that forum activity seems to be a prerequisite for obtaining a password. As far as that's concerned, I'm not much of a forum user.I browse every now and then, and when I feel I have something to add to the conversation, I post. Other then that, I just read. But I was an integral part of a Day of Defeat Unit, and after a year of constant activity, I had maybe thirty to fifty posts under my belt. If you need certain fears to be mollified, just talk with me.

The server I'm putting up is mainly going to be for private use, with a few others in the MSC community granted access. And you can't say this is an unreasonable request, for I have seen a few constantly locked servers in the list.

If you wish to see my time in game, my character name is "Alvere".

Yeah, we actually do not condone servers that are constantly locked up, as it tends to get us paranoid. The FTL(can't stop laughing at that) servers are what you're referring to? Trust me, you're really not missing anything there, as when they were unlocked, they weren't that great. There's also a few other servers that are kept locked up, and it really does make me paranoid... Where's my tin foil hat...

No, I'm not sure. I think the BoU clan server is locked pretty much all the time. I would just use it as a place for me and a few friends to be able to do gauntlets or clear maps for a quick exp grind without spreading the exp to thin if more people join.

I mean, I really want to play MSC more, but the only time I can level in peace is around 4am-6m EST and even lately the servers have been surprisingly populated by 6 or 7 am. I usually check the servers a few times throughout the day, and leveling takes too much time when there's a high level character in each one who can zip through the map without breaking a sweat. I don't find picking up the scraps too efficient as far as leveling goes.

Correction, it's the FTL server now, because the douche left BoU and made his own sh*tty guild.

What time zone are you in? The amount of people playing - and the servers that are up - depends largely on when you play. Most of the server are in the United States or Eastern Europe, so if you're in Asia, there isn't really many to pick from. The revolution server's definitely good for most people in Western Asia, as it's based in Japan I think?

Not that I'm saying you shouldn't have your own server, I definitely approve of your wanting one, but there are times when there's plenty of servers to pick from, though some aren't too stable. Hell, if you want, I can throw up my crappy listenserver for ya.

Maybe, but I didn't see. Also, that means if I put my server up you'll have a good ping. Still a crappy server, though. You should be able to find plenty of servers around most of the time, though I'll admit that sometimes there really are no servers.
