I have updated the front page with some new information about passwords, the ultimate goal of it is to allow for more people to get the password without affecting those I know won't abuse the password.

If you have comments/thoughts about it, you may leave them in this thread.

I assume that this is about the tiered password thing...I don't quite get what you're aiming at with it, so do explain

I think, and could be ENTIRELY wrong, that he's going to have different tiers with different passwords. If ever there is a cheater, he need only change one tier (so the most trusted people on the forums would have a consistent password)

The aim is simple

if I have 20 people united under one password all it takes is one bad apple for it to warrant a password change. This "tiered" system would allow me to break those 20 people into 4 sets of 5. This would allow me to minimize the impact when a password needs to be changed.

so now that I have 4 sets of 5, each one with a unique password if say someone in set one happens to be the bad apple the only people effected by this are the people in set one.

it also allows me to group together highly trusted people, I could group Thothie, HellsCook, Kuroneko, myself, and a few others together because these peoples chance of exploiting or cheating in general would be located at about 0% this in turn would allow them to just host and not worry about the password being changed.

Now on the other hand I could also have a set with people I don't trust much at all, or people the community doesn't view very well. I could put them all in one set, there password could change very often because of it. However it would allow people at least the chance to prove that they really do want to better the community by hosting another server.
