I won't deny that the model was ours, and we did not properly color the finger nails. Thats simply not a viable option. However, I will deny that it's our fault that you didn't fix it in your model.

It wasn't just the fingernails. The whole texture was moved over and I did fix it on mine. Either way if you want to bring up whose fault it was, when I said "talk to the ms team about it" was your fault since that was still your untouched model/skin compilation. As you will notice in the title of the thread, I made a mace replacement, not an entire model replacement. Refer to the microsoft/dell thing if you want to start the whose fault is it anyway thing.

I dun think Lord K was actually blaming you for the flaw in their model. He just made it sound an awful lot like he was with the particular turn of phrase he chose.

Can you upload the altered skin texture with its original name so we can all patch our standard models? I assume that particular texture is used on many of the weapon view models.

Ok I fixed it, it wasn't hard.

When you compile a model its UVs are shifted to the left by 2 pixels, so Jesters model shows the error more (as its an extra 2 pixels more than the 2 that the msc model had).

No ones to "blame" its a fault of the compiler.

So without further ado the original model with fixed texture can be downloaded below:

The hand model on the r_models may get replaced soon, depending on how its layed out when I open the file anyway Anyway hope this ends the riduculous little tiff

Everyone understands that, what you seem to fail to grasp is that people are talking about the grey skin on the HAND model. Not the model he is offering for download.
