I never could quite tell the difference between Pathos and Urdual. They seem to have the same job.

personally I've always though of urdual as finding the grey area between torkalath and felewyn, whilst pathos finds the two extremes and both sides and lets them cancel each other out

Well, the way I originally thought of it, is that Felewyn was the order extreme, Torkalath was the Chaos extreme, and Urdual's job was to play the role of mediator between the two and balance it out.

Pathos setup this whole process, but is no longer a part of it, for he took off with the rest of the Loreldians that banished themselves. He was, however, the organizer and leader of the group of Loreldians that vowed to do this, and lead the armies that defeated The Fallen.

So, to borrow a phrase from the last administration, I see him as "a uniter, not a divider". Thus the whole order/chaos dichotomy makes no sense to me, in addition to being redundant. (I mean hell, the Pathos and Urdual guild flags are almost clones as well.)

Albeit, if I was to rape the mythology myself, I would try to redeem Torkalath as well, as he's so snively and evil that he makes The Fallen almost redundant - his only (arguably) redeeming act being the creation of man.

Felewyn made Elves, Urdual made Dwarves (Cuz what has better balance than a dwarf! - Or at least, better center of gravity?) and Torkie made the Humans (creatures of chaos that we are)... Torkie also made the Orcs and the Goblins, apparently gifting them to Lor Malgoriand, before he realized "ZOMGs you are working for The Fallen!!111"

No according to The Lanethan this is Correct. Urdual stands in the middle ground where as Pathos is Half Chaos half Order.

Yes I know I'm necroposting but I've been gone for almost a year and I'd rather do this sooner or later.

Since I left, ImmutablePaper has been holding up SoP by a string. Since we're still technically in SoP, I need to update the first thread.

Basically all our members are dormant or are gone, so here it goes.
