Special Class Skills

I have heard that if you get so far in a weapon skill you recive special skills for that weapon. Like if you get your Small Arms high enough you can recieve a skill like invisibility or backstab is this true or is this person full of crap???

Currently i think the person is full of "crap". Used to have special abilities in version like.. 1.1 beta, but they got taken out for some reason or another. Yup.. Might get put back in later..

There's only one special ability. If you have martial arts five or higher you can kick using alternate fire. That's all.
