I've heard this from a lot of people, where their subskills are all several levels apart. What I think we should do (and what I BELIEVE is possible) is have it so that if your substats are spaced out, the lowest subskill gets your exp. Obviously, it wouldn't do it for Spellcasting, but for the rest of your skills, it would make it so that all your skills would stay at the same level (other than a few percent apart).
When you gain a level in a stat, your other 2 stats would train faster while the one that just levelled wouldn't do anything. It would be done so that it's a difference in LEVEL, not exp, so I don't foresee any problems.
