How nice of you to drop by the Revolution server when I loaded up Bloodrose, with 4 of my friends in there, ninja loot the chests, and promptly disconnect after Atholo was killed. For you inability to read the server's MOTD you have been excommunicated from this server until further notice.

And in case you missed it, here's the rule you decided to over-look

3.) Roll for any rare items.

I hope whatever it was you got was worth it.

And it would be even better if other servers banned your ass too.

Sorry, that I had to leave to go to work after playing for like 10 minutes in the server and killing atholo with you guys. If you guys honestly thought I took something then check my current character and the one before the fight. I haven't pick up anything. Items aren't of much importance to me anyway, making maps for the game is more fun :]

Slaytanic_pb, Thank you for bringing this up. Your concern is my concern (when its with my guild). I can assure you that Jon did nothing wrong and if you are serious about your ban, then I can definitely assure you that it wont happen again (cuz he wont be there! LOL). If he did do something wrong and is actually caught for it, I or FER will handle it.

Anyways, the RiP guild does not take likely to looters and such and we are the only guild to send invites. So we know who we are recruiting.

And please, don't disrespect any of my guild members again or you will have more than half of the MSC community against you.

To everyone else, please unban Jon and ask him his side of the story.

Honest to whatever you believe in. I didn't take any items, not in my nature to take items when someone else could need it more then I do. I serious.

Well, you tell me what you would think...

What I just described may not have been clear enough, let me say it again in more detail. Jon went to 2 chests and took something. Although I was not near him, it sounded like that to another friend was near him at the time. My friend looked at the chest Jon looked at first and chased after him to the second and heard the same thing and looked again. In both cases, it did not sound like money and there was nothing special to be found afterwards. It may have been possible that my friend saw some item(s) in his hand, thou right now I can't say for sure. Now there were 6 people total in that server and we got nothing? I've never seen that before. Also, within 15 seconds after looking at the chests Jon leaves and doesn't say a word. No "bye" or "got to go to work", just leaves. Now it very well may be that there was nothing in those chests, as it is unlikely but possible maybe for 6 people in the server to get nothing. But to look, loot, and leave and not say a word looks very much like ninja looting. I hate ninja looting, and I don't put up with it.

Now that I described this more than I really cared to let me address what has been said already.

Jon, I suppose I could look for the archives and look at your character before and after. But considering that backups are made every six hours, it's not very easy to verify your claim, as it's easy to make it look like you don't have those items in that amount of time. I'm not suggesting that you would have done something to do that, I'm just saying that your suggestion to look at the backups can't easily confirm what you've said.

P|Barnum, I can see that you are concerned about your guild-members and their reputation in this community as well as your guild's reputation. If you've noticed, I did not say anything about your guild. I suppose by saying something about Jon is in a way saying something about your guild. For the most part, I have never had any problems with any of your guild members on our clan server. I can't say that I know many of your guild members, but I have played with FER and find that he's a fair player and have enjoyed having him in the server. I however don't care much for your threat having half of MSC against me, even thou you phrased it nicely with saying "please" first. Let me put it this way, if one of my guild members did that in your server, in the end all I could do is to accept your decision. I may argue with you about it, talk to my guild member about it and ask my guild member say something about his/her action as to why this happened. In the end if you saw what I saw and hate ninja looting on your server, I'm guessing that you would do the same thing. If there was another guild member in the server at the time to explain his actions, I don't think it would have gotten this far. Unfortunately for Jon, there was not.

In the end in order to clear this up, I guess I would have to play with Jon more and get to know him better on other servers as I really don't know Jon very well. In a way this feels awkward, as I don't care to put someone in a position of feeling as thou he/she has to treat me extra special or nice in order for me to like them or change my opinion of them.

I was there at the time of the incident and was the nearest person to Jon. What I saw/heard was 2 sounds and then Jon's helm went buggy now we all know that when you have a helmet in your hands the helmet model on the character goes buggy as if you were wearing 2 helmets now that is what I saw. This could be a mistake but highly unlikely since there was no loots in the chests (rares wise) and the model went buggy. That only lead me to the conclusion of Ninja Looting and hence my testimony was passed on to Slay.
As for the rune blade it is possible he had 1 already but usually when you loot the chest the item(s) goes to your hand if you were not casting spells nor holding anything prior that lead me to the conclusion of Ninja looting and hence my testimony was passed to Slay.
Now all this right now is you said I said unless there is some hard evidence this will be a mystery. As for the runs on Atholo messages of leaving should have be left prior to leaving otherwise it may make people suspect something when there is 6 people in game and non of the chests yield any rares. In all my runs on bloodrose the chest will always yield some sort of rare may it be pc scroll, stab, rb, ab.

Most important question is, how did Jon not take any items, if he took any items? And what makes him think he can take items (while not taking them) if he's only in-game for ten minutes?

And now in proper English: Jon obviously must've grabbed something since the "grab sound" was heard by this PaladinLove whale penis over here.
And Jon, what makes you think you can grab stuff from the chests, or in fact, even look at them before the others do, when you're only in-game for ten minutes?

uh this is still going on roll back my character to whatever back was before that fight, getting myself banned from this game is the last on my list, plus I opened up the chest after some lvl 25 guy with phoenix and every other item in the game opened it. If it means that much to you, roll me back I have no idea what to say except that I didn't take anything.
