Thinking I'd just flag em all invincible until I figured what the problem was.

Heh, "problem". There is no problem, there are no illegal things going on (ask Orochi) and I am surprised that 90% of this community does not have the brain capacity to think of a nice, effective tactic.

As for flagging the bosses invincible, that would obviously only destroy the game. For everybody. I hope you do realize that.

Unfortunately, J-M, it may have to be done. The bosses need to be working because otherwise they're easy targets for farming. Flagging them invincible may be the only way to protect them until such time as this is fixed.

I don't know if your "tactic" consists on buying all the immunity pots, speed pots, demon blood, and greater protection pot but if it does, I can guarantee you that you didn't get the money legit. Let me put that another way, in case the intent of such a move was not clear...

If the people who have been playing this mod the longest are going to work against me, MAY2007a maybe the final patch. It isn't worth my time to nerf every item in the game and invulnerable all the bosses trying to figure out what the BOU secret sploit is. It also makes epic level gaming impossible, so there's no point in expanding the game.

I'll pass this project to Little G and Ceirux and you can sploit their bludgeon/dogcat bosses all ya want. I've other, more productive projects I can use to annoy Lady X.

we could just flag all the blades as write protected on FN until they give the answer instead. thats always an option. and, since no one outside the blades is "allowed" to know the strategy...

I would have stopped playing MS:C a very long while ago if it wasn't for Thothie's sweet monthly patches. The game totally changed when he took in the project. I understand why he would want to quit, every days of every months he works hard to add some more amazing stuff in-game and fix things the best he can and he does all this for nothing but complaints. Some people are very harsh on him and I'm impressed he's still around.
