unused keyvalues

Is there any way to get rid of the "Entity ([entity name]) has unused keyvalues" message by editing the MS:C FGD? These 'errors' have always pissed me off.

By the way, for those of you exploring this issue... I'm fairly certain it has something to do with the FGD, which can be tinkered with via notepad, so anyone can look into this - but only the mapping gods know what the issue is. It *maybe* that Hammer is able to recognize default Half-Life entities in some way not handled entirely within the FGD, in which case, we're likely boned, but if not, close scrutiny of the Half-Life FGD vs. the MSC FGD or other FGD's may lead to a solution.

TL;DR: Anyone can look into this mystery - whether anyone can fix it, is another story.
