The ' F ' menu works, but I still can't get the ' V ' menu to show up.

Doubtful. I should think that would have come up before. And his debug seems to point that it's getting past whatever problems you were having before. Any chance the soiled dll slipped its way into the alpha?

Maybe... Got a PM from him saying that fixed it. Tested it pretty thoroughly (and double checked the sc.dll was overwritten proper this time. >_>)... I dun think I tried it with the DS before though - but meh, fixed in anycase.

Although he is a mapper - maybe he got ahold of some ~MAR2012 sc.dll.

Good thing my keyboard has 40 keys in 3-rows (12/14/14) ^-^

Alright... Looks like we got all the bugs fixed except for the polearms autocharge problem (it'll actually affect a few other weapons as well)... Hopefully MiB can help us with that, as it'll involve his new code side bit. ...Even fixed the the aesthetic Dwarven Bolt issue, which I didn't think was going to be worth the effort, but meh.

I want to put out another alpha... But I dunno if I'll get the chance today. Aliens invading shortly...

Still gotta get a new Hunderswamp from Rehab too.

Okay, guess we've fixed the auto charge bug... So that's it... Just waiting on another Hunderswamp. If I get the chance, maybe I'll put out another alphapack, maybe I can rig up some models to help Rehab spruce up The Wall side of Hunderswamp as well.

There's another alpha patch up, for those not checking your inboxes...

Maybe we can make this an April patch yet. >_> Shouldn't be too much more to test in there, just the one or two critical bits I mentioned.

Okay, so it's been a few days, and not one bug report... I can only assume that:

A) We've a flawless patch ready to go (HA!)
B) The forums are so effed up no one's gotten the alpha pack.
C) The forums are so slow that no one's found it worth the half-hour it takes to post a bug.

To help eliminate B and C - I ask that, if you got the alpha pack, please raise your hand here, regardless of whether you've found any new bugs.

Okay... Maybe it is just me with the sh*t forum access then...

One other thing I shoulda mentioned in the PM/DF:

If you do not qualify, for instance, for the second level charge of the weapon, but qualify for one higher, and release the attack at the second level charge, you should default to the normal attack.

More specific example: You have polearms.proficiency 25, but spellcasting.ice 35, and an Ice Typhoon: You fail to qualify for the double damage (+possible freeze) spin attack, but do qualify for the ice wave. If you release during the double damage charge, it'll do the normal attack instead, but should you hold the button, you have the option to continue to charge past that to the ice wave attack.

Very tempted to do a 4/20 release, and put a little green leaf on the screen shot...

...Sadly, by the time I was done, it wouldn't be 4/20 anymore.

I did not test the Alpha much, but from what I did test, the polearm issue seems to have been resolved.

One issue I did have was that I had to change the automatic charge/double tap to dodge cvars to 0 every time I load, but I just made a bind for that.

The only issue I found too, but it's easily fixed by setting them in the autoexec.cfg or by using binds :wink:

So it looks like we have a flawless patch ready to go then? :D

I would test but this is being a sh*t month for me, and i hardly have any internet access (mostly bandwidth limits).
