Man oh man, thats a truckload of information right there. I do believe this was made on purpose, a beetle + few scarabs spawn on the net, to avoid having people exploit the beetle room.

Still wonder if that coulda been dealt with better with some sort of web-chute func_wall_toggle that opens periodically.

I don't see a point in that, the net was created for players not camping upthere and shooting down
Already enough that one beetle is up there x.x

could do a portal system instead of a chute going down. that always works to prevent cheap ass campers

Also Not liable to go away soon:
- Some monsters still capable of some acts while frozen (jumping, etc.)
- Orion Bow jamming sometimes, (I've no idea how to fix this without dropping the whole charged weapon concept.)
- Jumping from server to server without closing HL screws with FN functionality (solution: Close half-life before joining another game.)
- Can't push monsters while under the effect of leadfoot potion

Much like the entry just above it. ;)

I've never managed to figure out why the nopush flag affects players that way, but not monsters. Something to do with doing the call through the weapon, or something, not sure.

I'm getting a new inventory glitch/overflow glitch that I have never seen before. After joining a server and taking a couple of items into my hands I am no longer able to remove items from my backpack. It may actually just be lagging to the point where it takes a couple of minutes for the item to appear on screen. I was close to max item count before, and now I am carrying 65 items and this still happens. If I repeatedly try to remove items from my inventory I will overflow.

Edit: It is definitely lagging when I try to remove an item from my backpack and put it into my hands.
