Hmm..I'd never actually talked to him before, just bought my potion and left. Two things to be noted from what he said (For Thothie):

Forsuth, the Frosty says, "Now it plagues the livin' in *retrabution* for its abandonment, or so it's said."
Forsuth, the Frosty says, "We call it 'the Ice Bone Lord', but truth be told I know not *weather* it be lord or lady.. or somethin' else.

Dude, if you think these misspellings are bad, Frosty used to talk about the "Loridians" (instead of "Loreldians").

See, the thing is, nobody knows what the origins of the Ice Bone Lord are. Except Thothie, maybe, because he is, after all, the one who made Frosty's chat script.

So talk to Frosty to find out more about the Ice Bone Lord (I don't know the whole conversation from the top of my head).

Frosty is actually the frosty the snowman TURNED dwarf by the ice bone lord as punishment for his insolence.... explains why frosty is so dumb and can misspell the words that he speaks.

Hey, he's a hick dwarf, livin' in the middle of no where, so he's not real edumikated. Plus "weather" is not a misspelling, it's just a poor word choice that comes naturally given the freezing cold temperatures up there. And I'll open up a can of "retrabute" on your ass fer evil nit pickin'!

I've seen more than one spellink of Loreldians though, atm I'm using the spellink from the History of Daragoth text.
