Doesn't matter, it still needs time to verify the owner switch.

I had 600+ hp. Get hit by Morc boss for 350 dmg. And I die.

??
Clearly, h4x. ;)
If you can duplicated it, there maybe something there, but if its a one time thing, I'd have to chalk it up to your health not updating fast enough or some such.

Sometimes when a monster dies, a random player might suddenly die as well by what appears to be a world trigger.

I was with some other dudes killing Flesh Eater, and we got his first form down (before he says "No, I shall not be defeated so easily!") and I just died out of nowhere while I still had 400+ HP.

I was being serious. 70% of the time I'm fighting Ice Queen or Flesh Eater they do like 400+ damage to me when they fall over.

And is this a game function? Because I get no game messages of being damaged and I'm not even going to explain you how lame it is that I can get 400+ damage just because a pile of bones falls on me.

It's not in the script, unless its some model event the hard code responds to...

Hmmm... There is an event 2001 in the death frames of both the skeleton3.mdl and the skeleton_icel.mdl - I dunno what it does, but it maybe related.

Its not scripted damage, its world damage like you just fell off a 200 foot cliff.

Like I said, I know its not scripted, but it maybe an event in the hard code. I don't have my VS2003 up and working yet - but ye may want to look up anim events for "2001".

Slithar does it, too ;-) Slithar only did it when I leapt into him (GAxe), though, so it may have to do with players being too close to the origin, or something screwy like that.

Its happened other times as well. When I was fighting Mal in Wicard.

Maldora's model has this mysterious 2001 event as well, although Slithar's does not.

I've never had this happen either with my FN char or my LAN test char, I wonder if you need to have more than a certain amt of hp to trigger it, and if there has to be multiple players about.

I know it's AUG2007a now, but since you haven't made a new thread yet (probably because you're way too busy already) I figured I'd just post this here:

My hit roll is -10 on petrified paladins (in challs) with rebuke undead and the GA's holy attack (haven't tested other holy weaponry).

It's -10 instead of 0? (Not sure what yer at.)

I'll probably hold until a B release to start a new bug thread, I'm not going to have any real free time today.

Still no bug thread (or code).

Shop owners now say "One at a time, please" much more often. They'll even say it when I'm there by myself and not spamming them =|
