YOU DONT GOT TIME TO MAKE A PROFILE
I saw two errors in the log file:

Error: No Lights!
Description: lighting of map halted (I assume you do not want a pitch black map!)
Howto Fix: Put some lights in the map.

Error: Error opening C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\ceriux\half-life\ms\maps\testingmap.bsp: No such file or directory

Unfortuneatly, niether of these are very much help. The map should be ok even if you dont ahve lights, and the other error is cause because the map was not created (or you do actually have the wrong directory set, but it looks fine to me) due to a serious error. I dunno... :(

EDIT: Loooking at the map... i added a light_environment and ran it and it compiled fine. Your water looks really weird.

Its not an error. Just add lights to your map. they are the ents named 'light'... then it should compile fine. The only reason it couldn't copy is because the map did not exist, because it bitched about lights. If you turned off RAD phase(which compiles lights) it would be fullbright and no lighting.
